Anuga Trade Fair

Numerous Arab, Belgian and Luxembourg business representatives, will participate in Anuga 2019. The Chamber has already been informed that a Lebanese pavilion, comprised of a dozen companies active in the agri-food sector, will be present on this occasion.

Anuga is the reference trade fair for the international food & beverage industry and related sectors. Every year, it attracts more than 7,400 exhibitors, 1,400 journalists and 165,000 visitors from all over the world around. Targeted themes include organic, vegetarian, vegan, non-GMO, halal, kosher, fair trade, functional & free and ready-to-eat products, but also superfoods and private labels.

The programme includes various special events and congresses. Among them, the Anuga Halal Market allows international companies involved in the halal industry to gain brand exposure, benefit from worldwide exchanges and learn more about the newest trends and products on the German and European food retail market.

Invitation letters may be issued for those who need to apply for a visa. Professional services, such as support for hotel and meeting rooms reservations, translation, photography, Anuga guided tours or Cologne sightseeing are also offered for government and business delegations.
