Founded in 1944, NSF International (nsf.org) is an independent global organization that writes standards, and tests and certifies products for the water, food, health sciences, automotive and consumer goods industries to minimize adverse health effects and protect the environment. As an independent, accredited organization, we write standards, we test, audit and certify products and systems as well as provide education and risk management.
